Dispute a transaction
Hello I need to dispute a payment I sent to my cash app but it has been deactivated but the money hasn’t been refunded to my Apple Cash card

Contact Green Dot Bank by calling (877) 233-8552. Green Dot Bank manages Apple Cash transactions.
Once money is sent with Apple Cash, the recipient will have 7 days to accept payment. If the transaction cannot be finalized, after 7 days it will be returned to you.
