Phone low battery warning on Watch

Is it possible to get a phone low battery warning on the Watch? I don't always have the phone right next to me, but I always have the watch.

There are third party apps that do it. I use BatteryPhone. It shows me the charge and it’s free. As a bonus it has a Complication too.
