Find my Mac

I have an odd ball issue with iMac (2021) in relation to the find my Mac and interested to see if anyone else can come across this issue or knows of a fix, Find my Mac is showing Off under the device list, but in settings its enabled and I can find my Mac via find my and send a sound to it, even when I'm away from home.

I have tried signing out of my iCloud account several times to no avail, I have disabled find my and location services and enabled again and also done a full factory reset and wipe but still its show off

I have attached images showing what I'm referring to, its. no big issue but would be could to try and resolve
