How to unlock iPhone stuck on Assistive Access due to forgotten passcode?

My iPhone is stuck on assistive access due to a forgotten passcode and therefore can’t exit it. I tried to go to recovery mode but that wasn’t working. Is there any other methods that can help?

But unfortunately I didn’t use a recovery Apple ID to fix it
