Installation problem

Hey, I am facing a problem from several months that I am not able to install macOS Sonoma. My MacBook Pro 2019 was running macOS Catalina but some of apps were not permitted to be installed in this macOS so I decided to upgrade to macOS Sonoma but after installation it gives me an error of you macOS Installer in damaged try again after installing so I did it several times but again and again its giving same error I also tried in safe mode but it also didn't worked. Kindly, help me, I am trying to resolve this problem for 8 months

If there is an Application named "install macOS Sonama ... " or similar already in your /Applications folder, delete it and try to get a new copy using Software Update or this link:

Working inside a running MacOS always gives you more options. You should only use Recovery when your macOS is broken.
