Screensaver blank yellow when waking up mac

Was wondering if this is an issue I should be worried about? My mac's screensaver was pure yellow when I woke it up earlier and it definitely is not set to something like that. I've had issues with this mac's display such as the staticy screen issue which I thought I fixed by switching to the thunderbolt port instead of hdmi, but is that maybe related to that? Or is this something else? I rebooted it and it hasn't happened again. Thank you.
