I want to remove my old Apple ID from my iPad

I have no access to the old email and phone number associated with my Apple ID, and I deleted the old Outlook email account a long time ago. On top of that, my Apple ID is locked. I want to remove the Apple ID from my iPad, but there is no procedure for doing so without access to these emails and phone numbers to verify my identity. I'm from Sri Lanka, and there is no Apple support available here. I can't even contact Apple support through the app without having an Apple ID. What should I do? The iPad is running iOS 16.7.8.

Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Do this online at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not detail what currently constitutes proof. Apple may typically require the original receipt* issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller. If Apple resets the device this will give you access to the device but won't restore access to the account used to lock it. There is nothing that can be done to expedite an Activation Lock request.

You apparently do have an Apple ID otherwise you couldn't be posting here.
