"No Service" and verification error after iOS 15.8.2 update

Have you tried to see if you’re in need of installing a carrier settings update?

1. Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
2. Tap Settings > General > About.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.

You Can't. By your post, you have an iPhone 6. You iPhone is incompatible with iOS15.8.2. It can only go to iOS12 releases: About the security content of iOS 12.5.5 - Apple Support
