Apple Watch not tracking sleep

Something Apple doesn’t tell you within how to setup sleep tracking:

Ensure there is a wake up alarm to go off in the morning

I had everything setup correctly according to their support articles, and their customer service team didn’t know to tell me this

I hope it helps someone

Incorrect for me. I had sleep focus on my phone, and on my watch with the same schedule, iOS 16 or higher on my phone, watch os10, wearing the watch snug but not uncomfortable, and everything else Apple says to setup sleep tracking

it doesn’t tell you that you need to enable an alarm to go off with it

when I did this, it then tracked my sleep
