How to use a specific "Hide My Email" address for sending email

I was using “Hide My Email” to register on a website. Now I have an issue with this site, and I need to write a report to them using the same email address I used for registration. However, when I try to change the “From” field in the mail app to “Hide My Email,” I can’t choose a specific address; I can only use a newly generated address. Is there any option to bind a specific “Hide My Email” address to a specific recipient?

Disable this Alias:

Then, using an alias is not an option for this web site. You'd disable this alias and use iCloud. See here: Add and Manage eMail Aliases for iCloud Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Assigning a Hime My Email email address:

Add this site to Keychain, and assign the eMAil address and password to it. Use this link: Add a Password to a Keychain on Mac – Apple Support

Report back if that does the trick.
