Macbook Air M2 - Keyboard & Touchpad doesn't work after Sleep

I bought the Macbook Air M2 in July 2022. The Keyboard & Touchpad are not responding whenever it gone to sleep mode . I need to restart it . I had erase the disk and reinstall it . Not working . Took it to Apple Store and was told to replace the logic board at my own cost! This is a clearly equipment problem . Why should I replace it at my own cost?

Accidental damage has its own fees. If found to be a faulty drive, then it may be nothing on you. My 2017 MBP's screen when dead 11 times, and I had t send it in each time. Being so patient of a customer, they gave my a free $2,500 upgrade for the cost of no more than my AppleCare. The connector between the LogicBoard and the Monitor was loose, and it never was completed fixed, despite sending it in.

Proving Things Over-the-PhoneL

When troubleshooting this stuff, there is a nifty way to go about proving things, and that's what made my case be a success, IMO. See my user tip: Screenshare your iPhone with the Camera App Enabled to Easily Converse Over-the-Phone with Apple Support - Apple Support
