Live Photo Corruption

I’m having an issue with my live photos becoming a seemingly corrupt HEIC file. After editing the live photos, reverting the edits disables any functions of the photo. The thumbnail of the photo displays a white screen with “HEIC”. Clicking on the photo runs the live video once, but after it is no longer interactive as a live photo (press and hold does not activate the live video). The photo is uneditable, with the edit option, typically displayed in the top right corner, unavailable. The photo is unable to be airdropped or duplicated, and the option to “Export unmodified original” also displays an error message. Any fix to this issue?
