when I put my brand new iPhone 15 in horizontal and I open the control center and then I play a song the Dynamic Island have a little spasm when I hide the song and then I took it out. Is it something that will be fixed with upgrades?

Your post doesn't make much sense. What do you mean by spasm? "when I hide the song and then I took it out" please elaborate on what that means.
Since no one else has complained about this, it's most likely just on your phone.
Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
