Arizona allows for adding your driver’s license to the Wallet app, but when I try to do it I get an error message saying I am unable to perform this action. What is going on here? Is it a bug in the Wallet app?

Quite possinly a temporary malfunction in the AZ licensing agency.
Apple only provides the “mechanism” - the licensing agency does all the technical “heavy lifting.”

Thanks. I tried it again today and had to go through an extended verification process. Finally got it to work, and my ID is securely in the Wallet app.
