Email stating someone changed Apple ID

I received the posted email. Is this legit?! My Apple ID is not craigmb1.

Email legit or not Is https://appleid.apple.com/ a legit website? And an email no_reply@email.apple.com address? I received an email from the above stating that the password had changed and to. Lock on the above link. Does this all sound legit?
