Can't enable Snapchat camera access in settings on my iPhone

same! only its not just snapchat. Its textnow, zoom, tiktok, my authenticator app, literally anything that tries to use the camera or microphone, and when it tells me to enable permission and takes me to settings, there is no option to do so there! I've looked everywhere this is so strange -n everything is up to date all apps and my iOS system. its really interfering with my life and now my work. somethings gotta give. I have iPhone 13.
