What does recent mean next to number on my iPhone messages?

Why does it have recent next to number in my text messages? I don’t have this number saved but I clicked on the message, then info. On the page it gives when you click info it says recent , why?

Pin a specific text message It would be nice to have the ability to pin individual text messages. For example, you’re sent an address 2 weeks ago from someone you text often, you have to scroll through hundreds of old messages just to find the needed address again. But if we could pin that address message we can easily find it when we need that information. Please consider updating this service. Thank you.
