It's always worked via either the Mac Air OR the iPhone, but now, replies (by me) are not getting delivered unless I send them on my phone. Why, and how can it be fixed?

Check the iPhone's settings for Messages.....you need to enable text message forwarding to your specific computer.

If this is already configured, then try toggling Messages off & back on (on the iPhone) or even rebooting the iPhone.

iMessage replies suddenly get "Not Delivered" on Mac Air, but goes through on iPhone.
