"Note: If you find the term "machine check" in the "Problem Details and System Configuration" field of this report, it may indicate a hardware-related issue."


In the archived version of that document, you will find a number of comprehensive steps in the section titled "Additional Information". Some of them may be outdated or inapplicable to your model Mac, but follow as many of them as you can.


If your troubleshooting efforts fail have Apple evaluate that Mac for a likely hardware fault: Contact Support.
