How can I bypass the Lyra Health login prompt after resetting my MacBook?

Follow the advise from the previous contributor - First

The computer maybe Registered by the the previous Owner ( Lyra Health ) with a Mobile Digital Management Service

That would mean the Serial Number of this computer is still in the Database of the MDM

Until such time as the Serial Number is Removed from the MDM

There is nothing you or any of use can do to Fix this issue.

Best bet is to return it to the place were you purchased it an ask for a Full Refund

Did you buy your computer new?

It sounds like the computer used to belong to Lyra Health and it was not properly prepared for resale.

Take it back to where you bought and ask for a refund as it is not new stock, don't take no for an answer.
