iPad OS17 will not allow VyStar **

I tried to login to VyStarCU. Got the message that I was not allowed to use it. Talked with VyStar tech who said it was something on the iPad because the app works on my iPhone. She had me turn off VPN. When that didn’t solve the problem she said I needed Apple to check out my iPad for malware. So here I am.

First, perhaps understand the Apple Support Community is a user-to-user technical forum. Contributors here are all end-users, just like you. Other than the site Moderators, Apple neither monitor nor participate here. As such, if you hope to reach Apple through these forums, you will be disappointed.

If you have a VPN App installed on your iPad, as a diagnostic exercise, remove the App entirely from the iPad:

Remove or delete apps from iPad - Apple Support

If the problem persists, check if the iPad is using Apple's Private Relay Service. If enabled, disable Private Relay:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > [iCloud+] Private Relay > Private Relay - set to OFF

there is no known malware/spyware/virus/hack for a non jailbroken Apple device.

You not being able to log into that account is an issue the VystarCu needs to fixs.
