Unable to Share Notes

Hello, I am unable to share notes with anyone. I have confirmed that my phone and iPad are both up-to-date, that I have enough iCloud storage, that the Notes app is turned “on” in iCloud settings, and also confirmed that the note I am trying to share is in the “iCloud” folder. I have tried restarting my devices and also tried to share the note when disconnected from my WiFi. I have also asked my friend (who is an iOS user) to follow the same steps.

However, I am stuck receiving the same error message: “An Error Occurred. Unable to start collaboration.”
