Why are you concerned?

You paid for 16GB RAM, why would you not want to use it?

Your Mac manages memory very well. When the RAM Memory Pressure graph turns red, then yolu may have an issue.

Nothing looks out of the ordinary here.

It would be better, however, to know what applications you have open rather than a partial list of processes.
