Used Apple Pay to purchase robux but did not receive!

I purchased Robux using Apple Pay. I was immediately charged for the payment but I did not receive any robux at all nor did I get an invoice email with the receipt like I usually do.

On Wallet, it just says I made a transaction to Apple, not Roblox.
