Syncing AppleTv
My apple tv says my icloud isn’t setup when I try to login, I have 6 other devices on it that are signed in and work fine. I was able to login to itunes on said Tv but that was all.

It seems that iCloud support doesn’t include the 3rd generation (2012/2013) model anymore.
System requirements for iCloud - Apple Support
↳ Recommended: tvOS 17 or later (Apple TV HD (4th generation) or later)
↳ Family Sharing: tvOS 9 or later (Apple TV HD (4th generation) or later)
↳ iCloud Photos: tvOS 9.2 or later (Apple TV HD (4th generation) or later)
↳ iCloud Shared Photo Library: tvOS 16 or later (Apple TV HD (4th generation) or later)
There have been a few changes to iCloud that seem to relate to this:
- My Photo Stream has been discontinued for all users.
- Advanced Data Protection for iCloud as an account property may invalidate some iCloud services on devices with older software.
