Hello, Marcjang.

It seems like you are having trouble with syncing your iPhone and iPad, and I am happy to assist you with your issue.

There is actually a way to sync your iPhone and iPad, and the way to do it is to attach them both to the same Apple ID. In order to do this, please follow these steps.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to settings.
  2. Once you open the settings app on your iPhone or iPad, you will see the option to sign in. Tap sign in. (Note that you will only see the sign in option if you didn’t sign into your Apple ID during setup. If you’re already signed in, you should see your Apple ID.)
  3. Do one of these options:
  • Sign in with a nearby iPhone or iPad. Once you tap on the nearby device, follow the onscreen instructions.
  • You can also sign in using an email address or a phone number. Tap the button in order to sign in manually, and then enter your Apple ID and password. If you don’t have an Apple ID then you would have to create one.

4.If you use two factor authentication on your Apple ID account, enter the six digit verification code.

On the other hand, in order to use the same email on both devices, you will have to do this by going to settings. Here are the steps that you have to follow:

  1. On your iPad or iPhone, open the settings app.
  2. Scroll down until you see “Mail”. Click on Mail.
  3. In the Mail settings, you should see a tab that says “accounts”. Click on accounts.
  4. Click on the tab that says “Add account”.
  5. Depending on your email provider, you will have to pick the email provider that you use. Click on the one that you use.
  6. You should be taken to the website of your email provider. Sign into your email.

After this, you should be good to go.

I hope that this helped you out, cheers.
