Camera Access to Safari

I went to settings>Safari>Camera>Ask and the same for microphone, and it still doesn't allow me access in safari. What do I do?

Can't give new apps camera permissions I need to allow QuickTime to access the camera and microphone, but the application isn't one of the options in Security & Privacy. The only applications on the list are Chrome and Zoom. My understanding is that these applications requested access to the camera. Is there a way to "force" QuickTime to request access to the camera? If so, how? And if not, how do I add QuickTime to the list of allowed applications if the add/remove button is missing? (Please note: Quicktime regain access to camera and mic… - Apple Community assumes that this button exists and does not fix the issue - specifically, step 4 does not apply, because QuickTime is missing from the list.)

Why is there a microphone icon in Safari's address bar? in the Safari address line, there’s a microphone instead of a refresh symbol. How can it be changed back? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
