Why is there a microphone icon in Safari's address bar?

in the Safari address line, there’s a microphone instead of a refresh symbol. How can it be changed back?

The Mic should only be there if you tap on the address bar to edit the address.

Tap on the "Cancel" label to return to the page and the refresh icon should be visible on the right side.

You can also turn off "Dictation" in Settings ➜ General ➜ Keyboards ➜ Enable Dictation if you don't want to see the mic at all.
