MLB App on IOS 15.8.2 (iPhone 7)

New "Audio Feeds" no longer appear beginning June 24, however archived feeds from before June 24 are all available. All MLB.TV feeds are working, new and archived.

I guess it's time to get a new phone? :(

According to the App Store description – and the MLB Support page to which the App Store page links – the current version of the MLB app requires iOS 16.0 or later.

https://www.mlb.com/apps/mlb-app/faq-apple

"Supported Apple devices must be running a 16.0 or greater operating system."

"If you have any questions or require troubleshooting assistance, please visit mlb.com/support."

If you have an old version of the app, It might run on iOS 15, but there's no guarantee that it would continue to work properly with the MLB service.

You can update an iPhone 7 to the latest release of iOS 15 – but cannot update it to iOS 16 or later.

If you encounter any challenges with third-party applications, the best course of action is to directly contact the app developer for further assistance. Here's a brief guide on how to do it:

  1. Identify the app developer.
  2. Visit their website or app store listing.
  3. Look for their contact information or support channels.
  4. Clearly describe the issue you are facing.
  5. Provide any necessary information they may need.
  6. Follow their instructions and provide feedback.
  7. Be patient and follow up if needed.

By reaching out to the app developer, you increase your chances of receiving accurate and personalized support for the challenges you're experiencing. To contact an App developer --> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
