How do I get or turn on a iOS location enabler on my iPhone

I’m trying to add or turn on a iOS lock enabler on my iPhone 13 and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how

Go to Settings > [your Apple ID] > Find My > Find My iPhone and turn everything “on” there.

turn on/off of locationservices on my iphone I read somewhere that you can secure your iPhone even better by creating a 4-digit code somewhere in the settings. This means that someone who does not know that code cannot turn off location services, so that the location of my phone remains visible for retrieval.
