Selfie stick remote

Hey! I have an iphone 11. And i have a selfie show selfie stick with a bluetooth remote. Every time i open my snapchat camera and try to use the remote to take a pic on snapchat my volume only goes up. And wont snap the picture, but itll snap a pic if im using my regular iphone camera. Someone help please!

It works in the Camera app because pressing either volume button in that app will take a picture. Your selfie stick is performing the same action remotely.


Consult the documentation or manufacturer of the selfie stick to determine if the button action is configurable.


Or contact the maker of Snapchat to determine if their app can be configured to react to the volume button.
