How to enable text message forwarding on my iPhone for my Mac?

Usually I was able to receive SMS (not iMessage) on my Mac. Not sure if since updating (to Ventura) but now, no more SMS come in on my Mac...(but only on my iPhone)

As some posts (from support.apple.com) suggest one should:

"On your iPhone, go to Settings > Messages. · Tap Text Message Forwarding. Turn on your Mac in the list of devices."

But there is no "Text Message Forwarding"... under the Message settings...

There are instructions in this article for what to do if Text Message Forwarding is missing: Forward SMS/MMS text messages from your iPhone to other devices - Apple Support

Tap Text Message Forwarding. (If you don't see it, turn iMessage off and back on, then tap Send & Receive and sign in again.)
