Looking for my refund from Apple Pay

It was actually the card that you used with Apple Pay that was used for the purchase. The business will process the refund to that card used. They do not send the money to Apple Pay, because Apple is not a bank that holds any money. As Jeff Donald said, TEMU will have the ARN for the refund that can be used by the bank of you card to find the status of the refund.

Apple Pay is not involved in processing credits. A refund is processed by the merchant and merchants credit card processor. Once the refund is processed, funds go directly from merchants bank to credit card bank. Apple and Apple Pay is not involved.

Please contact the merchant to inquire about the refund. All refunds will have an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number). Your bank can trace the transfer once they have the ARN.

Yep, contact your bank's customer service and provide them with that number. Apple Pay is not the bank, the bank is the company that issued the card that was used for payment. You will find the number to call on the back of the card.
