I am guessing you’re asking about retrieving the 1%, 2%, etc. cash back from an Apple Card that goes to Apple Cash.

This explains.

You need to work with the issuer of your credit or debit card. Apple is not a bank and is not the issuer. Apple Pay works by securely transmitting information related to the transaction. Your bank (financial institution) approved the transactions you noted above. Apple cannot approve transactions and does not transfer funds between your bank and entity associated with the numbers above.

Please file a police report and give the report to your banks fraud department and the network that supports your card, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. They all offer fraud protection. The only issue I see is the delay in reporting 7 of the transactions. why’d you wait 18 months to say something?

Since you can not 'send' money to someone using a credit or debit card, only Apple Cash, the OP must have gotten scammed into using Apple Cash to pay someone for something.

Sad, but not uncommon. Also nothing anyone other than the police can do anything about. Since the total is over $1500 it would qualify as a felony, meaning they may actually investigate it...
