Please check the cable used.

  1. Check the Adapter:
    1. iPhones since the iPhone 7 lack a headphone jack, so you'll need a USB-C to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter to connect your phone to the AUX cable.
    2. Make sure the adapter is MFi-certified (Made for iPhone) to ensure compatibility.
    3. Try a different adapter in case the current one is faulty.
  2. Verify the Cable:
    1. A damaged AUX cable can cause audio issues. Try using a different AUX cable to see if the problem persists.
