Can I use an extended keyboard with a Macbook Air?
I have a Macbook Air, model 1932. I want to use an extended keyboard with it – the one with the calculator keypad and moving keys. Is this possible?
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.5

Yes.
Pretty much any Apple or third-party USB or Bluetooth keyboard will work with macOS and the A1932 / MacBook Air Retina 13" 2018, yes.
The "fun" here tends to be with the wired connection, and whether an adapter is needed for the keyboard. You will want a USB-C keyboard, or will need a USB-A to USB-C adapter with a USB-A keyboard, or Bluetooth with some other means to charge it.
If you plan on recharging a Bluetooth keyboard from the MacBook Air, that will either need a USB-C connector, or an USB-A to USB-C adapter.
This Apple extended keyboard will work: Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad for Mac models - Apple, but you'll need a Lightning to USB-C cable to pair it and to charge it, given your Mac has USB-C and not USB-A.
One feature of various recent Apple keyboards that won't work here is Touch ID, as that feature requires Apple silicon, and your MacBook Air is Intel.

Ah, I see it is. A mere £200, plus £100 for a mouse. How wonderful.
Thank you.
