Thanks Tom. As it turns out, if I add the "Keyboard - ANSI (Large)" panel, I have to select it every time I open the keyboard viewer. It was much easier when the Macs automatically recognized an extended keyboard. 😎

No, my keyboard is the small one. Here is a picture of the place where I was able to add the large keyboard option (along with ISO or JIS if you find those useful for helping people who use those).

Once you have it, it's hard to see how you got there. Try New Panel and the 3 dots on that one. Also Customize Keyboard and any likely buttons there,
