Tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes and turn on.
- If the device is managed (Settings > General > VPN & Device Management), contact the IT department that is doing the managing.

Hi Kojo-gh, to turn on Find my on your iPhone, you can follow these steps:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name, then tap Find My.
If you want friends and family to know where you are, turn on Share My Location.
Tap Find My [iPhone], then turn on Find My [iPhone].
