How to refund an item that does not appear in Purchase History?
Dear Apple, I have been charged twice in June for Apple One Individual. The first charge, 4th of June 2024, appears on Purchase History, however the second charge, 28th of June 2024 does not appear on Purchase History yet. I think I have been double charged for the service - how do I file a refund request for an item that has been charged (I see it on my bank) but it does not appear on Purchase History? I would not like to cancel the service, I only want the wrongly charged second charge to be refunded. I already contacted my bank who told me to contact you. Thank you in advance.
