Sharing Apple One iCloud Storage

I was just curious if I could share some of my additional iCloud storage/Apple One with someone else who is already in another family plan. I don’t use all of it, my friend is on their family plan with their actual family, but they run out of space regularly but since I use basically 10% of what I pay for, is there anyway I can extend it to them? (Even if it requires other services like Apple One Premier)
