Magic mouse is jittery

So a few days ago I dropped my Magic Mouse Gen 2. Ever since then the mouse cursor has not been in sync with my movement and rather glitching and going to another place. Its functional but is really hard to control and has led me no other choice but to use my trackpad. When i shake the mouse it makes a sound like something is moving or have gone loose. What do I do? I live in Mongolia and there are no apple services here. Is there any way I can fix it without damaging it. I can't risk buying another mouse.
