International roaming on iPhone 11
I bought an International plan but can’t seem to get my phone to activate it.
There is no roaming feature on my phone. How much more information do you need?

I would talk to your Cell Service provider...if in doubt or have an issue.
Settings>Cellular...(?) Cell Data Options>>Data Roaming
