How do I identify Apple charges and request a refund?

Hi, recently l was charged for 30 dollars from apple, but l have not purchased anything and looked at my purchase history. the same there, nothing is shown. I want to know why and for what that money was taken from my credit card. can u help me find for what I was charged ?

If you have Family Sharing activated, to see a full picture of your purchase history, you must change a View option in the Report a Problem page:



If that still does not show a charge, then you are likely the victim of a decade-old scam where criminals get access to an account number, then "spoof" major retailers like Apple.


When it happened to us, they were spoofing Target Stores, a retailer with whom we had done no business since before the Internet was invented. Our card issuer, AMEX, verified the fraud, forgave the charge, and issue my wife ia new card number to replace the one compromised, all in under 24 hours.


If the is the case, Apple has no culpability and no way to research this. Only your bank or charge card issuer can fix this. Please see these web articles on the subject:
