I have Paramount + with Showtime on my Apple TV and I should be getting my local station. I get it on my iPhone app but on the Apple TV app I get a different city maybe hundred of miles away. I've read past posts on this issue but I didn't see a solution.

Paramount+ may use the IP address from your ISP that is the contact point to your home network, to guess your location. For iPhone on cellular, that IP address would instead come from your mobile service provider (cell tower). That could explain a difference; they’re two separate systems.
Do allow apps to use Location Services on Apple TV.
Ask your ISP to re-assign an IP address that better reflects your geolocation.
Else contact Paramount+ for advice.

Well Apple System Status is showing nothing wrong so my guess it's Paramount+ problem
