3 letters on keyboard not functioning properly after I fix it, replaced my screen

I got my screen replaced at iFixit and after I got it back, I realized the M the K , the O andthe back button, all had issues. So now I have to speak into my phone to write anybody anything. What can I do to fix it?

iPhone 11, iOS 17

Here is an article that may help.



The replacement display may be defective. If the service provider offers a warranty, contact them to address the issue. Otherwise, contact Apple Support for further assistance.

Since you had your screen replaced by someone other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, you'll have to deal with iFixit and hope they can get your screen working correctly. Apple won't ever touch your phone again and it will have NO trade value in the future because you do not have an authentic screen on your iPhone.


If they can't fix it at iFixit, time to buy a new iPhone.
