On my I phone 14 my keyboard has an issue. The y and z have switched places with each other. I have tried everything to fix this situation, including deleting my keyboard and putting it back, doing a soft reset and a hard reset. I’ve searched for articles on how to fix it and nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

This should be easy to fix. Go to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and make sure there is only one item on that list, and that the name of that item is English US. Use the edit button to remove any other languages. The click on English US and make sure the check mark is by Qwerty and not by Qwertz or something else.
Let us know if any problem or if your normal language is not English.
