How to clear Apple Mail cache of mail addresses

I changed the name of my Yahoo mail account. It appears correctly in Yahoo mail accessed via a web browser AND also appears correct in Apple Mail.

I can confirm upon an email message received FROM the account in question that the name appears correctly.

However, when I add the email address of the account in question to an email such as on the CC: list, the old name appears in the CC: list while composing the message.

Upon receipt of the mail message, the name appears correct in the "From" field, but the OLD name appears on the recipient list (the CC: list).

Where is the OLD name being cached? Or, is there yet another setting somewhere that I missed? How do I clear the OLD name?

In Mail >> Top Menu >> Window

Pop down Menu >> Previous Recipients

Open it.

Remove any or all Old Recipients

Thanks. I had tried that and then quit Mail and restarted it. But the same problem persists; the old name appears when I add the address to either the To: or CC: or BCC: list and so forth.

I should have said that, when I'm typing the email address (not the name), I see the bubble text that says "Siri Found in Apps".

Is there a Siri cache that I could flush or clear? I do see the following menu in

Settings -> Siri -> Siri Suggestions & Privacy

But I don't see a way to clear or flush anything that might be cached.

Regarding the two possible selections, I wonder how to override what Siri is learning. When I type the email address in question to add it to the To: list (BCC: or CC: etc) I cannot get Mail to pickup the new name even by typing the entire email address and not hitting the space bar to complete the suggested address which has the old name.

Thank you, that worked...!

I unchecked both options, restarted Mail, composed a message to verify that the address in question would not appear as a suggestion. Then, I rechecked the boxes and composed a second test email message. The old address no longer appeared. Then I composed a third email message and the email address did appear as a suggestion but with the new name (the updated name on the email address).

Many thanks again....
