Removed eSIM accidently

I am in Europe and my eSIM account was accidently deleted. I can’t make call to T-Mobile, I can’t get text. I can’t get them (my husband called from states) and they can’t add it back for some reason. QUESTION: if I do a factory reset and use iCloud back up from when it was last working and settings were good will that help me get my eSIM back with my international plan?

I’ve had a terrible time moving over my data from my SE with Walmart family mobile to my iPhone 11 with cricket mobile Hi, I recently changed my carrier from Walmart family mobile to cricket and went from my 2022 SE to an iPhone 11 I’m having issues the lady that set up my account with cricket did a partial install and stocked everything for moving over. I got my Apple ID on the new phone, but not nearly any of my apps none of my passwords and none of my contacts. How can I re-accomplish this?

Contacting your carrier is the only way out.
