Malwarebytes on my iPhone want to add to Ipad

Downloaded Malwarebytes Premium from App Store it’s on my IPhone. When I try to install a version (standard) on my IPad It downloads the Premium version and will not let me put in the standard key. As way round this was going to upgrade to Premium “key” on my Malwarebytes account. But even doing this the App from App Store on iPad seems locked to my Apple IPhone subscription I think . Help please Thanks.Summary how can I get the App on my IPad?
