Iphone cable damage

Custom care Case id:- 102328015236

C to C braided cable came in the box, has a manufacturing defect that got damaged after a few months of use, a got swallowed from one area. Service Centre named it as a cosmetic damage, which means damaged from outside like scratch, dent or rough use, but you cannot see any of those on this cable, which means it should come in defect from the manufacturer. I am attaching Hardware warranty terms and conditions from Apple website and my product image. One of the Apple executive gave a the solution that this is still working and until it starts working, we cannot take it as an under-warranty claim. This is the first time I am claiming my warranty since I have been using a lot of Apple products for the last five years, and no doubt they all are great. I believe Apple won't let me down. Please answer with the proper resolution.

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17
